South Delta offers a certain warmth and small-town vibe that's difficult to find anywhere else.  Many people describe it as a feeling like you've stepped back in time. Surrounded by ocean and the south arm of the Fraser River, much of this area is thriving farmland, rich in family history.  Natural beauty abounds as you explore the ocean and river fronts, with distant but vivid backdrops of the North Shore Mountains and Mount Baker.  But the main residential/commercial neighbourhoods of Tsawwassen and Ladner each offer distinct character and charm, and a sense of community that is truly second to none.  Mike and Rahel have intimate knowledge of South Delta and it is in fact where Mike is proud to call home.  It would be our pleasure to work with you in either of these spectacularly quaint communities.
